  They have no intention of helping you beyond doing the bare minimum. Their customer service is the pits. If they can’t find a working solution you’re basically turned away without hesitation. All they want to do is sell. Absolute waste of my time going to their store.

  Horrible place to go.. very poor customer service I will never advice anyone to go there.. when I added a new line to my existing plan manager Michael cardone told me that my monthly bill b $115 bt next month they charged me $211 called customer service they told me the store screwed up so I have to go there .. so went there n after waiting for 2 hrs manger told me he fixed the problem n I ll get refund bt this month again they charged me $144.. went again to the store n employee Xavier told me he can’t do anything n have to come back again when manager is in store .. above all whole staff was making fun of my situation instead of resolving... I m so fed up of this harassment.. Stay away from this store... very DECEPTIVE employees they just wanna suck ur money ...
