Asked for kindle, first rep near cell phones pointed me to the back of the store, "near fire sticks" and didn't stop talking to a female. In the back of the store a rep pointed me towards the back right of the store. Never found what I was looking. As I exited the rep at the door was also chatting. Never saw a best buy like that. Even the magnolia room, i notice 3 staff chatting.
